To perform all aspects of the position with precision and excellence, from Call Management, Check-in and Check-out and beyond.
The objective is to deliver a lasting positive guest impression leading to a great guest experience and high retention rate.
Each person within this department must oversee the Guest Relations area and maintain the Salon & Spa boutique to assure a beautiful presentation and profitability, and to maximize and achieve department and individual revenue targets.
Position Activities and
Responsibilities:
o Displays masterful knowledge of Salon & Spa experiences and menuo Able to maneuver through the software program quickly and effectivelyo Accurately enters point of sale datao Efficient at making reservations, check-in and check-outo Familiar and knowledgeable with Salon & Spa boutique inventoryo Assists with merchandising and maintaining the Salon & Spa boutiqueo Assists with inventory management and other organizational taskso Promotes Salon & Spa services and gift cards/certificates, advises on gift selection, maintains accurate gift card sales datao Provides gracious Salon & Spa tours to visitors that lead to saleso Maintains a beautiful physical environment within the Guest Relations areao Great at phone managemento Greets and checks guests in and outo Facilitates effective workflow for technical teamo Maintains a polished and professional imageo Assists other support team members when askedo Attends all in-house training and commits to outside continuing educationo Attends and participates in all general and team meetingso Participates in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and executiono Prepares promotion presentation and displayo Mentors/trains new team members to help them growo Professional guest communicationo Maximize revenue generation for both treatments and retailo Maintains a smile at all timeso Performs opening and closing dutieso Able to handle unsatisfied guestso Monitors performance and achieves targetso Asks for Facebook likes and testimonialso Informs team members of cross-marketing opportunitieso Treats all team members professionally
Qualifications:
