We are hiring an Appliance Sales Associate for our showroom at the Delmarva Design Center in Selbyville, DE.
The position pays a competitive base salary, lucrative spiffs that are paid monthly, and full benefits.
A vehicle is required for full-time use to and from the showroom.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:
30 am - 5:
00 pm, and two Saturdays a month, 10:
00 am - 3:
00 pm.
A weekday off is given when working Saturdays.
Occasional hours in the evening and overnight travel are needed for attending training and networking events.
This position only sells to warm leads in the showroom.
There is NO cold-calling our outside sales responsibilities.
Position Responsibilities Sell a variety of appliances to builders, homeowners, and designers to warm leads in the showroom Develop lasting customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and exceeding expectations Work collaboratively with customers to develop a design for each project Consistently follow up with customers and warm leads Stay current with project timelines, schedules, and status of deliveries Position Requirements Customer service experience Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite Ability to develop a rapport Excellent communication and follow-up skills Compensation Base salary of $35,000, which is paid weekly on Friday Monthly spiffs/commissions based on sales Potential year-end bonus based on company profitability Benefits Health insurance plans (Medical/Dental/Vision) Retirement plan with a company match PTO Days Paid Holidays Job Type:
