4K a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago We are seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented Real Estate Closing Paralegal to assist our real estate attorneys in all aspects of the closing process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing contracts, coordinating with lenders and real estate agents, preparing closing documents and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Key
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth closing process Review purchasing contracts and identifying any issues that require further attention Obtain documents and information required for closing, such as title search, HOA documents, payoff letters Ensure timely receipt of the required documents Upon receipt of title searches, notify the attorney of any title problems Prepare title commitments/binders, ALTA, CD, Deed, and other documents needed Disburse package to lender and disburse checks and other items necessary after closing Record deed/mortgage etc.
